Yoga and Pilates

Yoga

Yoga literally means "union". This millenary practice, in fact, yoga is a practice that unites body, mind and spirit. Starting from body work, through a combination of physical postures, yoga aims to improve physical health, flexibility, strength and mental and emotional awareness. Yoga, therefore, is much more than a simple physical exercise: it is a path of exploration and awareness.

As a yoga teacher, I am committed to guiding and accompanying students on this journey, providing them with practical tools and techniques to develop a safe and effective personal practice that extends far beyond the mat.

Pilates

Pilates is a system of physical exercise that focuses on training strength, flexibility and body control through precise, controlled movements. In Pilates you work both free body and with the aid of small tools.

Pilates aims to strengthen deep muscles, improve posture, balance and elasticity. It is particularly suitable for strengthening the core, i.e. the central part of the body (abdomen and back muscles).

As a Pilates teacher I follow my students in personalized workouts, aimed at developing strength, elasticity and stability throughout the body.
